Business administration students at the University of Bern have two options for studying at universities outside Europe. Firstly, the University of Bern has exchange agreements with individual universities worldwide. Secondly, the Department of Business Administration offers an exclusive exchange opportunity through a specialist agreement with Mahidol University in Thailand, which is open exclusively to business administration students.

The application deadline for a place at Mahidol University's College of Management for the coming fall and spring semesters is January 15. The following documents must be submitted:

  • Current transcript of records
  • Curriculum vitae (in English)
  • Letter of motivation for the stay abroad
  • Brief note regarding any other applications to other programs or departments
  • Reasons for choosing the partner university: Please let us know
  • why you would like to study there and
  • which courses you would like to take there; please include an excerpt from the annotated course catalog, which also shows the scope of the course
  • If you have any questions in this regard, please consult the International Office at Mahidol University.
  • Any language certificates
  • Certificate of registration from the University of Bern
  • Copy of passport/ID
